How to Place Special Orders and How to Place Orders by Phone or Fax Orders

Special Orders Must be Placed by Phone or Fax.

You may place orders for hats and other items via the BlessedChurchHats.com online Store Checkout process or, if you prefer, you may place Orders by Phone or Fax.

Special Orders for out-of-stock items or for items in different colors other than what we have available will incur a special order charge of $12.00, or $6.00 per hat if you are special ordering more than one hat. "Custom" orders may incur an additional fee of up to $30.00, please call for additional information regarding Custom orders. Additionally, special orders/custom orders must be paid for in full at the time of order placement. Special Orders and/or Custom Orders are final sales and are not returnable.

Fax and/or phone orders for in-stock items are not considered Special Orders and will not incur any additional fees.

PLACING ORDERS BY PHONE:

When placing an Order by Phone, please call 817-233-1730 during the following Order by Phone hours/days:

6:00 PM - 9:00 PM CST - Monday through Friday

9:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST - Saturday and Sunday

If you need to call at a time other than those listed above please be prepared to leave a detailed message including the item number, color and description of the item you are interested in and your name and phone number. We will call you back as soon as possible.

When calling to place an order, please have the following information ready:

Full Name of Credit Card Holder VISA or MasterCard Account Number Expiration Date and 3 Digit Security Code (from back of credit card) Billing Name, Address and Telephone Number Shipping Name, Address and Telephone Number (if different than billing)

Item Number, Color, Description, and Quantity of each item your are ordering. Also be prepared to tell us you shipping preference: Parcel Post, Priority or Express

PLACING ORDERS BY FAX:

To place your order by Fax, if you don't already have one, print out the Fax Order Form. Click on Order Form link below to access the Order Form.

Please be sure to complete all necessary information on the Fax Order form to avoid delays in processing of your order. After completing the Fax Order Form, be sure to sign and date the form. Then Fax the form to Blessed Church Hats at 817-831-6299.
