Shipping Policies:

All hats are personally inspected and carefully packed. Some items may have to be shipped separately. To save you money, we will attempt, whenever possible, to pack your items together in one box, but many times that is just not possible without danger of damage to hats or delicate items. If we are able to combine shipping and; if combining the shipping results in a savings in shipping costs, we will reduce the order total by the amount of that savings.

*Standard Shipping is Free. If you choose Priority or Express Mail, the charges for Priority or Express Mail will be charged After Checkout.

Shipping Methods:

Choose your shipping method carefully, shipping rates have become very expensive due to high fuel prices. Standard Shippping via USPS Parcel Post is FREE. All orders are shipped insured. Some orders may ship same day, most orders usually ship next business day, but during busy times, orders could take up to 3 business days to leave our warehouse.

We will try to accommodate special shipping requests or rush order shipping requests as is within our power. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us immediately. Charges to your credit card account from BlessedChurchHat.com will appear as "Red Hat Lady Shop" on your credit card statement. BlessedChurchHat.com is a division of Red Hat Lady Shop.



Special Orders and Custom Orders

If we do not have the item/color you need in-stock, then in some instances, we can Special Order it for you. Special Order items incur a Special Order fee of $6-$12, depending on the particular item. Customer will be advised of the exact amount of the Special Order fee and any other applicable fees/cost prior to our placement of the Special Order. Published Sale Prices do not apply to a Special Order item. This means that the Customer will be required to pay the Full Retail Price for the item, plus the Special Order fee. Please be advised that if the supplier has had a price increase on the item, than it is also possible that we may have to increase the Full Retail Price accordingly. Coupons and Discount Offers do not apply to Special Orders.

Custom Orders are orders placed for items that have been discontinued by the supplier. In such a case it may be possible in some instances for us to have the item custom made by the supplier. For Custom Orders, the aforementioned Special Order fee will apply. In addition, published Sale Prices do not apply to a Custom Order item. This means that the Customer will be required to pay the Full Retail Price for the item, plus the Special Order fee. Please be advised that if the supplier has had a price increase on the item, than it is also possible that we may have to increase the Full Retail Price accordingly. Coupons and Discount Offers do not apply to Custom Orders.



Return Policy

We rarely receive requests for returns, therefore, we try to deal with such requests on an individual basis. In doing so, we observe the following guidelines:

We cannot accept hats that are worn, damaged or stained. This is a Non-Negotiable issue. Please be aware, if you return such items to us, you will incur additional shipping costs for us to send the non-returnable item back to you. To avoid this issue please be sure to wear a head covering, such as a clean unused shower cap, when you try on your new hat.

No returns on Special Orders.

No returns on Handmade Designer Original Creations.

No returns for alleged defects, as each and every one of our hats are inspected and verified to be FREE of defects by our Quality Assurance Specialist at time of packing. If an attempt is made to return a hat for reason of defect a reimbursement will not occur. To return an item for any other reason, you must contact BlessedChurchHats.com via email at customerservice@blessedchurchhats.com and you must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No returns will be accepted without a vaild RA#. Please be advised that any return for any reason incurs a 25% restocking fee. We do not credit postage fees. In case of damage which may have occured during shipping, contact us for insurance claim information.

No returns due to size, color or style issues. Please Note: if you think additional photos of a hat(s) will help in your buying decision making process, please let us know and we will be happy to email additional photos to you. We can also provide hat measurements/dimensions upon request. However, please allow at least 36 hours for a response for additional photos/measurements/dimensions.

Returns must be mailed within 3 days of receipt.

Pack the hat carefully and insure the shipment. We are not responsible for hats lost or damaged in return shipping.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Make sure the box you are returning the hat in is in good condition. If the box was damaged in shipping, please use a new box.

Reimbursement may only occur when the merchandise is received back in new, unworn, unstained and undamaged condition. We do not ship defective/damaged hats to customers and we will not accept the return of a hat with defects/damage that occured after it was received by the customer.

You must contact us at customerservice@blessedchurchhats.com to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#). No returns will be accepted without a valid RA#. Be advised that any return for any reason incurs a 25% restocking fee. We do not credit postage/shipping fees.
